Training
Berkshire Systems Group is proactive in supporting the industries it serves, and to that end, employees are encouraged to participate in the many different courses of study that are available through the manufactures and professional associations. We have several employees who have reached the highest level of certification that is currently available from some of these professional associations.
Customer training is also an important component of our system installations, because it is critical for new users of a system to understand the operation and features from the very beginning. Training is provided by individuals who are knowledgeable of the system and of your specific expectations.
BSGI also acts as host to training seminars provided by factory representatives, for the benefit of our own employee’s continuing technical education and for the benefit of our customers interested in increasing their knowledge of their own systems. These seminars are often several days long, and are held in our corporate conference room.
In order to improve our training capabilities, we are currently constructing a separate "high-tech" training room that is intended to not only meet the existing needs, but to allow us to support more sophisticated presentations for larger groups.
