Time Correction Systems

Master clocks and secondary clocks work together to keep people and processes moving together. In a school, these clock systems are often tied to a "bell" system to let students and teachers know exactly when classes end and when they begin. With integrated communications systems, the time keeping and distribution of "electronic bell" signals simply becomes another part of the total system package.

Because the needs of our customers are so diverse, we offer many different time keeping solutions. Although hard-wired secondary clocks have been the primary choice for years, the use of battery operated, wirelessly corrected secondary clocks is becoming more and more popular, because the cost for installation is so attractive.

Below are some questions that help you determine the best time correction solution:

· Is the master clock stand-alone or part of an integrated communications system?
· In addition to correcting secondary clocks, will the master clock activate any other equipment (such as lighting)?
· Is GPS time correction desired?
· Or is Internet Web-based correction desired?
· Will secondary clocks be hard-wired or battery operated?
· Are secondary clocks to be analog (with sweeping hands, usually round)?
· Or are secondary clocks to have a digital display (usually rectangular)?
· What size secondary clocks or displays are required, and in what color?

Please bring your questions to our application specialists and allow Berkshire Systems Group to assist you in designing the most effective time correction system, for your needs.
